I've been cooking up something super fun for the month of June to bring more confidence and self-esteem to Pride Month.

This the very first podcast challenge!

Pride month is an amazing time of celebration and reflection and recognition.

And the LGBTQIA+ community is made of up individuals with real stories which often aren't shared.

This June we are taking things below surface level and I'm challenging you to the Queer Intimacy Challenge... to see others and be seen for what actually matters to you.

Let's go beyond 'how are you?'
...'good.'

And towards, "who are you? What's important to you? What motivates you? What makes you get out of bed in the morning?"
